1. Service description
The Featured Listing service allows supervised fasting clinics to receive enhanced visibility on FastingFinder. Featured listings receive a "Featured" badge, priority positioning in search results, and additional display features depending on the selected plan.
2. Plans and pricing
Plans are offered at the prices displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes (TTC). Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. FastingFinder does not store credit card information. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your management portal.
4. Right of withdrawal / Droit de rétractation
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By subscribing, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the listing is activated.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
6. Obligations of FastingFinder
FastingFinder commits to activating the Featured badge within 24 hours of payment confirmation. FastingFinder reserves the right to refuse or terminate a listing that violates applicable laws or these terms.
7. Obligations of the subscriber
The subscriber warrants that they are the owner or authorized representative of the listed clinic. The subscriber is responsible for the accuracy of information provided.
8. Liability
FastingFinder does not guarantee specific traffic volumes or business outcomes. The Featured badge improves visibility within the directory only.
9. Consumer mediation
In case of unresolved dispute, you may contact a certified consumer mediator as provided by Articles L.611-1 and R.612-1 of the French Consumer Code.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
